Our panel of experts includes Mildred Mattfeldt-Beman, Ph.D., chair of the Saint Louis University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics; Oliver Yu, Ph.D., assistant member and principal investigator at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center; and Pam Vaccaro, MA, CSP, CEO of Designs on Time and author of Beyond the Ice Cream Cone.
