The Academy of Science also hosted its inaugural STEM Signing Day this spring, sponsored by Boeing.
Initially conceptualized by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and modeled after athletic signing day traditions, this event gives students who have committed to pursuing STEM careers a moment of well-deserved recognition in front of their families, educators, and community supporters. Selected students receive a $1,000 scholarship in the form of MOST 529 contribution.
Applications for 2027 STEM Signing Day will open in January 2027.
